Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and efficient running of reception including check-in/out procedures
  • Response to any phone calls from guests in a polite manner
  • Responsible to inform Guest Experience manager of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments.
  • Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest complaints
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ensure the customer will give a review after they check-out
  • Assist guest for luggage drop before check-in
  • Ensure cleanliness before the guest check-in
  • Attend to guest if there is any complaint after check-in
  • Able to attend property building management to solve property issue.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in short term rental company, hotel, hospitality or related field is required for this position.
  • A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure
  • Have own transport is a must and able to work in different location.
  • Ability to work independently and mobile
  • Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline
  • Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
  • Should be comfortable working in a fast-changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
  • Ability to work shift and during the weekend
  • Strong Customer Service Communication Skills
  • Passion in hospitality
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
