Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end to end recruitment including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and etc
  • To liaise with the hiring manager on recruitment matters
  • Conducting inductions of new staff
  • Participate in employer branding
  • Updating internal databases like hr form, staff list and etc
  • Ad-hoc assignment as when required

 

Requirements

  • Resourceful, positive attitude, self-motivated and organization skill needed
  • High competency in Google Drive and other related software
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law
  • Open to both diploma and bachelor degree student
