1. What is pickup transport services?

Pickup Transport Service is a service provided for Victoria Home guests. We pick up and drop off guests from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or KLIA2 to the Victoria Home’s property and vice versa. We offer 3 choices:

  • Arrival Transfer – From Airport to Victoria Home (one-way)
  • Return Transfer – Return Airport Transfer Service (two-ways)
  • Departure Transfer – From Victoria Home to Airport (one-way)

2. What kind of vehicles do you have and what are the differences?

We offer several choices of vehicles depending on your party size. Provided choices:

  • Sedan Car (1-3 pax)
  • SUV (4-5 pax)
  • Mini Van (6-8 pax / 9-10 pax / 11-13 pax)

3. What are the payment methods can I use to pay for my airport pickup service?

Our payment getaway are:

  • PayPal – payment via Credit Card
  • iPay88 – payment via Online Bank Transfer (Malaysia only) & Credit Card

4. When should I book the airport pickup service?

Please reserve in advance as we need at least 24 hours to successfully confirm your reservation.

5. How to book pickup transport services?

6. What if I need wheelchair space?

We suggest you to choose SUV or Mini Van because it have bigger spaces to put your luggage and the wheelchair together.

7. What happen if my flight is delayed or comes earlier?

If your flight is delayed or comes earlier please contact us to inform us in further.

8. How can I change my reservation?

You are not suggested to make changes on your reservation. But if you have serious issue, please contact us directly to reconsider your changes.

9. What should I do if my driver does not show up at my pickup location?

Contact our driver using the driver contact details in your email. If still unreachable, please contact us.

10. How do I get any left item on the vehicle?

Immediately contact the driver to get your things. But if unreachable, please contact us.

1. What is private tour package?

Private Tour Package is a service provided for guest to explore Malaysia. We offer guest with variety of tour package:

  • KL tour
  • Melaka tour
  • Cameron Highland tour
  • Genting Highland tour
  • Ipoh tour
  • KL Hop-on Hop-off bus tour service

2. In what language your private tour speak/communicate with us?

Generally, our tour guide can speaks 3 languages fluently (English, 普通话 (中文), Bahasa Melayu)

You will receive an order confirmation email with itinerary and our tour guide details after the reservation. Then, our tour guide will contact you via phone call or whatsapp to deal with you where and when to meet.
